1. Medication is contained in upper chamber
2. Pull Tab to release medication
3. Medication falls into tube
4. Remove cover
5. Position nose piece into nose and opposite end in mouth
6. Exhale into mouthpiece to propel medication into the upper recesses of the nasal cavity
